Job Description :

 

The Digital Communication and Social Media Assistant will support the Communication and Media Manager in the implementation of the communication strategy of the Maison across social media and bought online media investments. The role is cross-functional, collaborating with teams in the following departments: Image, E-Commerce & Retail, Wholesale, Merchandising, and CRM. 

  

  

Responsabilities : 

 

  • Assist in the definition of the global social media strategy and lead the planning and the implementation of all social media actions worldwide. 

  • Management of the international editorial calendar for all social media  

  • Responsible for the community management and monitoring of all social channels (publication and community management of the different social media) 

  • Work closely with the image team and oversee the development of creative materials for social purposes. 

  • Take care of the reporting, maintain social analytics, measure the evolution of our social platform's main KPIs. 

  • Identify social media trends and opportunities proactively and reacting quickly and dynamically to any changes in the platform’s updates. 

  • Participate to the orchestration of the online and offline media buying strategy (social and display) and to its implementation.  

  • Work closely with the copywriter to ensure all texts are consistent with the Maison’s tone of voice. 

  • Drive innovation, by identifying and implementing new technology, platforms, and partners for brand consideration in all media channels, in collaboration with all relevant teams and stakeholders. 

  

Profile :  

 

  • Must be incredibly detail-oriented and organized. 

  • Must have a strong passion for luxury and fashion. 

  • Work well in a fast-paced and growing organization and can meet tight deadlines. 

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills 

  • Strong interest in digital trends and social media 

  • Fluency in English is a must.
