KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Marketing & CRM:

  • Support retail team with maintaining accurate CRM data & performance tracking
  • Generate fresh and engaging ideas for client engagement 
  • Plan & execute regional CRM & social campaigns
  • Vendor sourcing & liaison for client experiences
  • SAP Management: purchase order creation / vendor creation / invoice processing
  • Work closely with HQ to maintain regional communications calendar

Events:

  • Implement and coordinate boutique activations
  • Support in planning of road shows/ product launch events 
  • Consolidate data & gather insights for accurate and timely post launch reporting
  • Work closely with HQ to maintain regional events calendar

Operations:

  • Sales order processing & logistics arrangements
  • Support in retail operations
  • Other ad hoc duties

PURPOSE

Marketing:

The candidate has the opportunity to: -

  • Express his/her learnings in a work environment (i.e., run a CRM campaign or boutique activation)
  • Participate in negotiations when working with vendors & suppliers
  • Learn about the media landscape in the region and implement campaigns
  • Be the “eye” of the brand

 

Retail:

  • Be able to get into the heart of the Retail Business
  • Understand the client behaviour from quantitative & qualitative analysis, to implementing action plans with direct impact on business and clients experience
  • Work closely with boutique and office teams
  • Opportunity to understand retail operational procedures
