The Brand Manager is responsible for retail operations, development and performance of the Korean Market. He / She is responsible for driving strategy and development of the retail and wholesale business. 


Reporting to the Managing Director, APAC, the Brand Manager needs to successfully implement the brand strategies and Retail development in the Region by proposing strategies to further develop the business and successfully implemented defining and coordinating the relevant strategies. 

He / She must act as a leader and recommend to senior Management suggestions and solutions to improve sales and service performance in each boutique, with specific and detailed action plan required and adapted to the specificities of each boutique with a clear monitoring and follow up status report.


1.    Achieve the A.Lange & Söhne boutiques P&L objectives 
2.    Boutique management: provide the prestige environment and level of service
3.    Team Management: manage the managers, train and animate the sales team
4.    Clients management: conduct CRM actions, prospect VIP, bring new traffic    
5.    Organise relevant event and PR calendar to animate the Korean market


- Bachelor degree or above
- Strong commercial instincts and able to conclude deal through influence
- Strong leadership and proven managerial skills 
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Good understanding and experience of luxury/high-ends watch and jewelry market in Korea 
- Mature, self-motivated, outgoing, hands-on, able to work independently and lead team, willing to travel as requested
- Good spoken / written English is essential
