Main roles of Brand Coordinator are supporting Brand Manager for Boutiques/DFS/Dealers operation and management, quick solving of their request and inquiries to enhance the boutique daily operation.

And He/she should be in charge of the regular sales report to monitor and record the accurate sales data for better sales analysis





Key responsibility 1: Boutiques/DFS/Dealers operation

  • Main interlocutors for Boutique on general inquiries/requests (Stationery, business card order, delivery request, etc.)
  • Receive boutique maintenance/cleaning request and support Brand Manager for necessary follow-up action with contracted agency
  • Collect and check the boutique expense voucher, purchase order handling with Finance   (Monthly boutique expense checking, Retail purchase order issuing in the SAP system, Non-PO creation, other Retail expenses handling)
  • New boutique staff enrollment in the system, sales code request to IT
  • Collecting of the BTQ Monthly schedule, check and report the boutique over time working record to Brand Manager
  • Support the miscellaneous office works (documentation, stationery order/delivery, arrangement, meeting room booking, send/Receive the Retail parcel(mail bag) among between office and boutique …)
  • Assist Brand Manager for the store planning topics (sales accessories, imported boutique tools order/status check, follow-up with Logistic team to prepare and do packing & delivery, etc.) when necessary
  • Propose and implement all necessary action plans to Brand managers to improve working conditions in boutique and smoothen daily operations


Key responsibility 2: Sales Report and analysis

  • Consolidate sales data and issue the daily sales report for Boutiques/DFS/Dealers.
  • Validate the monthly sales closing with Finance and report to the APAC
  • Issue the Monthly sales dashboard and report to APAC
  • Do the regular sales analysis and report to the Brand Manager in a timely manner 
  • Prepare monthly sales meeting report


Key responsibility 3: Customer Service

  • Ensure high level and consistency in service quality throughout the network
  • Monitor the after-sales activity by coordination with External workshop & Technical center
  • Handling of the CS issues(complaint) with boutique teams in a timely manner


Key responsibility 4: Marketing


  • Annual planning and execution of marketing activities
  • Coordination with local agencies






  • 5-7 years of experience in Luxury Retail business, Watch & Jewelry experience
  • Good level of English
  • Open-minded, team player and reliable.
