Role Overview

A.Lange and Sohne is looking for an Boutique Manager to join our Boutique with an entrepreneurial spirit, taking ownership of the business, solution oriented with a can-do attitude. The Boutique Manager ensures Boutique budgets are achieved, qualitative client sales presentation, daily operations of the business and client services. Able to demonstrate leadership skills in respect to building client portfolios, driving sales and supporting all sales floor functions.

 

Responsibilities

  • Lead in achieving individual sales goal, the sales goal of each team member, and the overall Boutique KPI’s.  
  • Driving sales and customer service to consistently achieve or exceed sales target and KPI’s.
  • Master a strong knowledge of the boutique business and assess opportunities to implement a proactive and effective sales strategy.
  • Partnering with management to develop effective client strategies to ensure the development of long-term client relationships, resulting in increase of business opportunities. 
  • Ability to anticipate business needs, and proactively activate plans to minimize disruptions.
  • Enforce and adhere to all Richemont Group and A.Lange & Sohne operational, audit policies and procedures.
  • Ensuring maintenance of the boutique to Brand standards.
  • Managing of back of house day to day operations.
  • Lead in hiring/recruiting of Boutique team, motivate, support, maintain talent and providing a cohesive teamwork environment.
  • Ability to build a high performing team through strategic and astute talent evaluation and planning.
  • Support in pulling reporting on sales data/performances as needed for the business.  
  • Responsible in the daily opening and closing of Boutique and ensuring adequate coverage for the business.
 

Qualifications

  • Possess ‘can do’ attitude and understanding for Luxury retail sales floor operations.
  • Bacelor’s Degree
  • 6+ years of prior work experience in Luxury retail management, and Boutique operations with direct reports.
  • Exhibits critical thinking skills and is strong in solution oriented.
  • Demonstrates initiative, is conscientious and provides complete follow through on all aspects of responsibility.
  • Must be flexible to change and adaptiveness in work responsibilities.
  • Availability and flexibility to work: days, nights, weekends, holidays, store openings and closings, to meet the needs of the business.
  • Strong verbal, written and organizational skills.
  • Having a “team player” spirit and the ability to work well within a group/team dynamic
  • Proficiency with MS Office software required – possess expertise in Excel. Proficiency with SAP preferred.
  • Secondary language is a plus.
  • Assist with special projects as needed. - Able to lift upto 40lbs.

Expected Salary Range: $100,00 - $124,200 annually 

Salary will be negotiated based on relevant skills and experience
