Sales Coordinator of Omni Channel, Sales & Ops

Role Overview

As the Omnichannel Sales Coordinator, you are responsible for leading all activities to ensure business continuity and support operational excellence across all channels (E-Commerce, Internal Retail, External Retail).

The ideal candidate should be flexible and able to adapt to a fast-paced environment.The position reports directly to the Director of Omnichannel Sales & Operations. This is a full-time position in a hybrid office environment.



  • Provide Sales Support to US and LATAM Teams
  • Place, maintain and monitor Sales Orders and International Purchase Orders
  • Manage inquiries on product availability, estimated lead time for deliveries and special requests
  • Update pricelists, wishlists, inbound / outbound shipment logs, backorder lists as needed
  • Own and improve the ordering process for Sales Accessories, Spare Parts and Packaging Components
  • Implement assortments for Sales Accessories by boutique and ensure monthly replenishment
  • Manage relationship with external custom strap vendor (monitor orders, assist with background SAP transactions, collaborate with AP on payments etc)
  • Problem solver for all account issues (inventory, pricing, credits, returns, shipping, availability inquiries, ETA inquiries etc)
  • Ensure proper understanding and execution of Maison Consignment policies and procedures and assist with bi-annual audits 
  • Identify potential process improvement opportunities and propose concrete solutions to solve inefficiencies
  • Improve daily SAP operational processes through regression / enhancement testing in virtual environments
  • Update Booster Assortments / Auto-Replenishment as needed; Identify missing Sell-Outs and adjust Booster Inventories
  • Assist with POS Openings / Closings (opening stock order planning, SAP set-up, Booster set-up, Master Data Maintenance)
  • Backup for Director of Sales / Director of Sales & Operations
  • Miscellaneous administrative duties



  • Autonomous, data-driven, detail oriented
  • Strong time management skills / able to manage simultaneous deadlines
  • Able to adapt to new ad-hoc responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
  • Hands-on mentality, pro-active and problem-solving minded / strong customer service mindset
  • Team player with good interpersonal competences, curiosity, and empathy 
  • Tech-Savvy, excellent command of different software solutions, especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems is a plus
  • Ability to analyze selling reports, identify business trends, and react quickly to the needs of the business
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in customer service, sales, logistics or operations coordination
  • Affinity with the luxury industry is an advantage but not a requirement
  • Fluent in English, German a plus

Expected Salary Range: $26.96 - $31.25

Salary will be negotiated based on relevant skills and experience.
