SALES ASSOCIATE - MIAMI DESIGN DISTRICT

 

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales Achievement:

  • Consistently achieve and/or exceed the monthly sales target.
  • Provide excellent client experience by maintaining the highest degree of courtesy and professionalism within the boutique environment, as well as outside, and during events. 
  • Ensure that each client receives outstanding and exceptional customer service by providing a friendly environment, solid product knowledge and all other components of Customer Service before, during and after sales client.
  • Lead and manage all steps of the sale ceremony professionally and according to the brand’s policy. 
  • Negotiate and handle objections with ease.
  • Identify high potential sales leads; perform targeted and diligent follow-up generating product selling opportunities at the Boutique.
  • Participate as a Brand Ambassador at networking events, both internal and external to help generate traffic and brand exposure; in line with the brand’s values and positioning.


Client Relationship Management:

  • Strong CRM background with ability to analyze client data to generate sell. Capture consistent, accurate and relevant client data to build and develop lasting relationships that result in sales.
  • Cultivate new and existing client relationships through exceptional service and other Maison-specific CRM initiatives, collaborating with management to develop a plan for their clients and prospects.
  • Consistently and accurately, capture client data for follow-up and relationship building opportunities  
  • Appropriately resolve client issues/concerns and escalate as needed to Management.
  • Partner with Management to develop a plan to support, and participate to, in-store and offsite events and networking.


Daily Boutique Operations:

  • Understand and comply with all security and operational policies and procedures for the Group, Maison and Boutique.
  • Perform daily in-store tasks as needed (opening and closing the boutique, inventory, organization, restocking of supplies, visual merchandising).
  • Assist in the merchandising and daily maintenance of displays and back-stock.
  • Actively participate in daily and annual inventories and cycle counts to prepare and ensure a successful audit.
  • Assist with special projects as needed (i.e. price changes, supporting back-office responsibilities, etc).

 

PROFILE

  • College degree preferred
  • 3- 5 years of previous experience in luxury retail (watch experience is preferred), service or hospitality environment.
  • Computer savvy (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SAP). 
  • Driven to meet and exceed sales goals and high customer service standards.
  • Able to positively and proactively handle clients concerns in a professional manner.
  • Proven success in high-profile client relationship building, sales, and networking.
  • Result oriented, self-started with a strong business development mindset.
  • Team Player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Natural interest and curiosity in the luxury industry and high-end products.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent presentation.
  • Reliable, trustworthy and honest.
  • Must be able to work retail hours including weekends
  • Open to travel for trainings, client events, conferences, etc.
