Mission:

 

In this role you are heading the corporate sales department. Your key tasks are the monthly allocation of watches into the respective markets and channels and the successful implemention of strategic sales projects. In addition, you are in charge of the Wholesale turnover follow-up and Wholesale turnover achievement. Another important function is the short- and medium-term sales planning incl. the yearly Budget and LE process and the subsequent production planning. Together with your team you are responsible for the smooth supply chain flow from the manufacture to the local markets.

 

Tasks:
 

1. Strategic Planning

  • In support of management, in coordination with the Retail International Director, strategic follow-up of all markets yearly action plan with a focus on wholesale and all strategic partners
  • In support of management, preparation of all yearly strategic presentations/documents and key sell-out analytical studies for international distribution
  • Sales controlling and reporting (sales, stocks, sell-out, sell-in, product information, materials, etc.)
  • Follow-up of network development (closure, opening) and corresponding visibility projects


2. Allocation and supply chain

  • Representation of needs in the supply chain process within the SC Team
  • In charge of Monthly allocation process
  • Create and monitor rolling sales planning for 12 to 24 months
  • Management of head of sales administration team (4 people) in charge of:
    • Periodic global sales and inventory planning (monthly, quarterly, yearly) in collaboration with markets and production
    • Optimization of product allocations taking into account market needs and business objectives
    • Planning and controlling monthly deliveries and sales
    • Allocation of the fair novelties, quota products and standards as well as its monitoring
    • Distribution and tracking of the limitation numbers
    • Implementation of entry and exit planning of products
  • Worldwide price monitoring
  • Coordination of implementation / use of all Business IT tools (SAP, Booster, etc)


3. Management of Wholesale Business

  • Responsible for the monthly Wholesale turnover follow-up, In charge of the monthly turnover target setting and turnover achievement
  • Regular follow-up with markets regarding stock levels, assortment, sell-out and stock turn
     

4. Project management 

  • In support and coordination with SWM team, implementation of all commercial key projects
  • Participation into the e-com development projects with related teams

 

Required qualifications / skills

 

  • Completed degree in business administration
  • Several years of experience in strategic planning and supply chain management plus
  • Leadership and / or field experience
  • Very good level of German and English, French desired, other languages ​​plus
  • Knowledge of a merchandise information system
  • Very good MS Office knowledge
  • Strong analytical and conceptual / strategical thinking skills
