PURPOSE

The Event Executive is responsible for the adaptation & deployment of A. Lange & Soehne’s Event planning in the market, under the supervision of the regional Marketing & Communications lead.  He/she will support the operational implementation in order to develop the business by increasing client acquisition & loyalty in a multi-channel environment.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

EVENTS:

  • Implement local events in UAE & KSA from medium (ex: POS opening) to big scale (ex: Pop-Up)
    • Prepare 360 briefs: concept, design, client experience, gifting, communication…
    • Other: negotiate quotes, control quality of deliverables, follow-up as per deadlines each step of the project, coordinate with HQ/RIC/local teams, etc.
  • Support in organizing smaller scale events in Qatar & India

IN-STORE ACTIVATIONS:

  • Plan & execute an all year Boutique activation planning for our Dubai Mall Flagship (UAE) and Olaya Boutique (KSA) according to global launches and local key moments:
    • Clients treatments
    • Prospection activations

BUDGET:

  • Strict follow-up on all expenses & impact on the A&P budget

REPORTING:

  • Post-event reports on all assigned responsibilities & projects
  • Support on Ad-Hoc presentations needs from management

 

Job Profile:

  • Bachelors in Business Administration or any related field
  • Minimum 2 years marketing experience for a recognized brand, preferably in Event or Trade Marketing
  • Excellent communication skills, fluent in both written & spoken English

 

Technical skills / abilities:

  • Great time management: ability to work to deadlines & adapt to changes at any stage of a project
  • Attention to detail is a must,  follows policies & procedures
