Assistant Boutique Manager is responsible for assisting the Boutique Manager in driving the business performance, day to day boutique operations and supervising the team in delivery of luxury customer service & client experience.




  • Achieves the boutique sales objectives and KPIs set by the brand management
  • Supports the sales team to ensure individual sales objectives and KPIs are met
  • Anticipate and create sales opportunities, implement monthly action plan accordingly
  • Assists the Boutique Manager in planning and implementing strategies to attract customers




  • Acts as a Brand Ambassador in and outside of the Boutique through building brand awareness
  • Generate prospects and convert to clients
  • Capture and update clients & prospects’ information
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with the clients




  • Provide exceptional experience through excellent clienteling techniques and high standards of customer service
  • Responsible for maintaining the visual merchandising standards and a boutique environment in coherence with the brand strategy
  • Supports the Boutique Manager in training of the sales team to enhance the selling skills, brand and product knowledge




  • Ensures team understanding and adherence to the company policies and procedures
  • Implements flawless store operations at all times to eliminate risks and loss
  • Accomplishes timely submission and correct input of daily& monthly reports
  • Plans and monitors the weekly staff rotas and vacations ensuring floor coverage according to the business requirements
  • Acts as a point of contact with the HR Department
  • Executes administration and back office tasks (opening and closing procedures, transfers, shipments, repairs, security)




  • Sales oriented person with proven records in his/her previous positions
  • Strong sense of luxury service and aesthetics
  • Passionate towards luxury retail; in particular watches
  • Result and action oriented with strong entrepreneurial mind set
  • Strong ability in building network and maintaining client relationships
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to enable effective communication across all levels in the company including the external parties
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills
  • Detail oriented, proactive, energetic
  • At least 2 years of experience in a managerial position in luxury retail environment
