We are looking for a Team Lead CRM Program (m/f/d) for our office in Glashütte near Dresden or Berlin, permanent and in fulltime.

 

Your Mission

 

You and your team of four CRM managers are the connective tissue between all the touchpoints of our clients and future customers. You organize true end-to-end journeys, constantly improving customer experience, data gathering and business value. In close collaboration with communication and commercial teams, your aim is to ensure a fully connected strategy, applications backbone and execution. In a company that keeps evolving it’s business model, you are never satisfied with the status quo and are always on the lookout for making things easier, faster, or more effective.

 

Your Job

 

  • Team: Enable the specialists in and around your team to do their best work.
  • Strategy & business development: Identify growth opportunities and risks, work with the team to size value, secure resources to deliver and manage trade-offs.
  • Planning: Develop a robust roadmap and program plan that will meet our customer KPIs, together with a wide range of stakeholders across Retail, Data Analytics, Marketing, After Sales in our teams worldwide and our colleagues at Richemont.
  • Applications & operations: Oversee the implementation and further development of our CRM system and the adjacent applications landscape.
  • Community: Build and grow our internal cross-functional and worldwide CRM community - from efficient demand intake to transparent prioritization, from onboarding and training to knowledge exchange platforms.
  • Budget: Manage precise planning of funds and cost actualization

 

Your Profile

You are a good communicator and passionate about CRM, you already have experience leading a team, you can organize and inspire cross-department collaboration, and you are comfortable working with technical peers to define and implement advanced CRM solutions? You are a hands-on problem solver and keeping a large range of topics under control is what you’re known for?

Professional experience in larger corporations and an international background are a plus, a background in the luxury or hospitality industry are an even bigger plus, fluent German and English is a must.
