We are looking for a Retail Project & Operations Manager (m/f/x) to start as soon as possible, full time based in Berlin.




An active partner of developing the Retail Strategy of Lange & Sohne you will be working closely with the International Retail Director as well as Retail Architecture, CRM & Akademie – you will contribute to grow Retail business and establish an efficient and sustainable retail network.


Key responsibilities



  • Implement global retail strategy across internal and external retail network – Retail Roadmap
  • Enroll retail guidelines across internal & external network
  • Set up mystery shopping programs to ensure successful implementation of retail guidelines
  • Develop and lead retail related projects and tools: ICM, Retail Frontend, Retail Dashboards, Dare, Watchfinder…
  • Support in retail network expansion, drive opening & refurbishment projects with subsidiaries
  • Manage CAPEX allocation and follow up with sales and retail architecture teams
  • Set up retail animation programs (opening, launches, events, visual merchandising animations) in collaboration with communication department and following the brand marketing strategy
  • Control and challenge retail operations (model stocks, sales forecast and follow up)
  • Follow up of key performance indicator
  • Working closely with the Akademie to ensure implementation of retail training programs



  • Implement the brand’s distinctive retail experience: Sales ceremony & customer journey
  • Animate retail teams performance - Retail Dashboards
  • Drive and develop a proper client experience through a dedicated CRM strategy and organization, control and challenge client life cycle
  • Drive development and reengineering of Manufacture visits
  • Develop retail exclusive services and tools



  • Development of a BTQ-related CRM strategy in collaboration with respective HQ teams which includes
  • Closely monitor CRM-related KPIs and targets for BTQ staff and BTQ-related market functions
  • Continuous support of / input to HQ team to improve iCM/CRM functionalities
  • Set-up retail teams CRM responsibilities and assist in trainings of key users in BTQs




  • Strong proven track record in retail
  • Wholesale experience is a plus
  • Capability to drive change, to federate around new and innovative ideas
  • Strong management skills to lead, motivate and develop the performance of the team
  • Sales background - with international experience – and good commercial understanding
  • Commitment to providing the best customer experience
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  • People agility and negotiation skills
  • You have an excellent command of German, English and French, any other languages would be a plus
