We are currently on the search for a Marketing Manager to join our central, global marketing team in Kent, to support our Head of Marketing on the delivery of the Global Marketing Strategy & localised activations across our markets.

 

How will you make an impact?

This is an exciting, new opportunity where you will be responsible for developing and delivering specific marketing programmes that drive the maximum impact across our growing international footprint to ensure we deliver on our twin aims of driving long term brand visibility and short-term sales and purchasing goals. Some of these campaigns would either be larger, strategic campaigns but, also tactical marketing interventions to support with commercial activities.

In this role, you will be partnering with our Country Managers within the various regions, driving the briefing process to ensure that requirements are aligned with key stakeholders and communicated correctly to all relevant stakeholders.

You will own the end-to-end marketing campaign workflows, ensuring that the campaigns are delivered effectively across multiple internal teams, highlighting any specific delays, general updates or budget or timing implications.

 

How will you experience success with us?

  • We are searching for someone who has 3-5 year’s experience, at a Senior Marketing Executive level, who has ambitions to move into Management.
  • You will have strong stakeholder management skills, adept at speaking cross functionally, and across all levels.
  • Who can think big, push teams to activate campaigns in innovating ways.
  • You love problem solving, digging deep to understand key drivers, and come up with solutions.
  • Depth of understanding of the different marketing channels and a clear view of which channels to use to activate to support business objectives.
  • Creative thinker, with experience in briefing, developing, and approving creative platforms and campaigns.
  • Agile, you can really adapt to changing, growing organisation.
  • Prior experience within FMGC, Fragrance, Food, Beverages, or Cosmetics industries would be of interest.

The process for this opportunity would be:

 

1st Stage – A ‘Let’s Chat’ conversation with our Talent team Initially, when your application is selected, you will receive an introduction call to explain the main points in terms of this position, and to have a chance to showcase your motivation.

2nd Stage – Meet & Greet with our Head of Marketing to learn more about your technical experience and expertise.

3rd Stage -You might be asked to complete a business case, and an assessment. We will inform you appropriately, so you have a chance to prepare and be successful.
