What do we expect from you?

The Customer Service Administrator coordinates the back office Client Services activity in the boutique and boutique workshop (which covers repairs for all 3 UK boutiques), ensuring all administration of files from registration to payment, including follow up, control and analysis. You will be representing the Maison’s values at the highest standards.

 

  • Manage the work planning of the in-boutique workshop from the 3 London boutiques (Harrods, Selfridges, New Bond Street)
  • Follow-up the clients files in cooperation with the boutique staff and the jeweller/watchmaker
  • Manage the archiving the closed files
  • Create and send the estimates, also explain the estimates to the Sales Staff
  • Monitor the Stock of spare parts, leather straps, CS accessories, prepare orders and follow-up with deliveries and transfers.
  • Process a Stock count
  • Be responsible for the stock of client pieces kept in the boutique
  • Follow-up the repairs of stock pieces in coordination with the stock administrator of the boutique
  • Manage the flow between entities
  • Perform a Quality Control of the pieces entering and leaving the workshop
  • Monitor the activity of the in-boutique workshop
  • Document a dashboard with specific KPIs on the repair volumes and leadtimes by boutique, by category
