Market Client Project Manager (M/F)

Permanent position based in Geneva

Are you a good match?

You possess in-depth knowledge of local clientele and demonstrate the ability to craft and execute targeted action plans to cultivate our client portfolio.

Proficiency in data management and a keen eye for identifying client satisfaction opportunities are among your strengths.

You are a team player, adept at working closely with various departments to maintain the coherence of our Maison's strategy across all client interactions.

You have fluent communication skills and the ability to manage boutique-specific clienteling actions, in collaboration with Retail teams and in line with our Maison's values of elegance and excellence.

You have experience within CRM positions and speak fluently German and English.

What are we expecting from you?

As the Market Client Project Manager, your role is critical in implementing the client experience, making every encounter with our Maison memorable.

Thanks to your understanding of local client data, you will tailor our approach to ensure a personalized client journey.

You will collaborate with boutiques and departments to ensure the implementation of Maison client activation strategies, whilst consistently reinforcing our clienteling strategy and maintaining high client satisfaction.
