MAIN PURPOSE

The Retail Executive is responsible for supporting retail operational functions of TW boutique to ensure the delivery of operational excellence. To support the clients invitation, event operations of local and overseas event as well as to develop clienteling solutions to enhance clients’ loyalty.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Retail Operations Excellence

1. Produce boutique KPI reports and to analyze the performances

2. Provide support on stores daily operations such as merchandising, boutique Maintenance and VM

3. Provide assistance to ensure boutique operations compliance are met in accordance to company’s policy

4. Organize boutique meetings to ensure key messages of new launches, marketing product updates, retail operations are well delivered to staff

5. Liaise with marketing team of shopping malls on promotional activities and Brand’s participation

Strategic and business planning
1. Analyzing data and preparing reports on development projects and current business.

2. Continuously review and gather insights from SAP Analytics figures, recommend actions short and mid-term based on these findings

3. Strategic planning coworking with Assistant Retail Manager and General Manager as well as rest of team members to define the commercial and multi-functional roadmap for the coming months, prepare the related presentation material to HK and HQ, and implement the resulting aligned action plan.

4. Supporting the preparation of presentations (notably monthly management meeting)

5. Owning systems extracts and dashboards to monitor commercial performance

6. Owning the team calendar including all activities and plans across business streams

7. Support competitive intelligence data gathering, organization in conjunction with other RIC SWM Maisons as well as Richemont Marketing Services in APAC

8. Monitoring key market insights, data and trends to enlighten strategy (luxury industry, tourism evolution…) and leveraging studies and reports published by Richemont

9. Reviewing best practices from Taiwan and global in and out of Vacheron Constantin to recommend executions and propose test & learn actions to the teams

Client Experience & Retail Coordination

1. Develop ad hoc analysis and reporting related to Retail Operation
2. Maintain reports and gather insights on stock to prepare for future novelties launches, limited edition management as well as regular product arrivals and allocations
3. Support excellence in Boutique Operations: contribute on a needs-basis to boutique briefings, special campaigns and coordination discussions.
4. Coordinate with Logistic for delivery arrangement and requests.
