Join Vacheron Constantin at an exciting time for the Maison. The team are expanding and looking for an exceptional Sales Associate to join their beautiful boutique in Sydney CBD.


MAIN PURPOSE
To develop sales through the delivery of high levels of customer service and engagement to each clientele with respect to the Maison’s spirit and heritage.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales

  • Developing strong sales turnover for the Boutique in accordance with the store strategy:
  • Meeting the turnover targets set by the Boutique Manager
  • Achieve Key performance indicators defined by the Boutique Manager

 

Client Management

  • Welcome & handle the clients in the respect of the Maison’s standards (In the Boutique, on the phone or by mail or during events)
  • Adapt its style to each client need in order to offer the appropriated service
  • Advise, convince & ensure that each sales is handled accordingly
  • Prospecting and building long term relationships with the clients


Product/ Merchandise/Inventory Management

Participate and support good management of the stock 

  • Reception & transfer 
  • Take part on inventory management / stocktake
  • Check that all products are correctly handled & priced
  • Look after the level of stocks of the accessories (catalogues, gifts, boxes, etc.)
  • Look after the merchandising (products are correctly emphasized according to the Boutique priorities, cleanliness, prices, etc.)

 

Requirements:

  • At least 3+ years’ in Retail Sales, preferably in a luxury environment
  • Strong Passion for our products and Maison
  • Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong in English. Another language is not essential but ideal e.g. Mandarin
  • Pleasant Disposition and well presented 
  • Good Team Player
  • Performs well under pressure and can multi-task
