HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

 

As a Product Data Officer you will be responsible for coordinating activities to achieve Vacheron Constantin standards of Quality for Product Data

 

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

 

DATA QUALITY

Definition

  • Coordinate definition of Data Quality standards [Baseline]
  • Define & keep up-to-date each governance topic (RACI Matrix) related to product data
  • Have a clear knowledge of Richemont & Vacheron Constantin Data model (ERP, PLM, …) & keep relevant associated documentation up-to-date

 

Technology Watch

  • Stay abreast of the latest trends in data quality
  • Network with similar functions inside and outside the Richemont Group

 

Projects

  • Be SPOC for any enhancement or project with impact on Product Data

 

Run

  • Be Maison representative in Group instances (COW, OCP, …) directly related to Data
  • Animate (Manage) business communities involved in data management
  • Train end-users on data quality standards and specific tools or technologies used to ensure data quality
  • Periodically check that business procedures are up to date and follow potential remediation plan in case of gap

 

Monitoring

  • Define & ensure implementation of relevant KPIs
  • Communicate on Data Quality by departments (reporting & comment (recommendation))

 

SUPPORT

  • Ensure Level 1 support on SAP / OCP scope
  • Identify any data quality enhancement initiatives raised through incidents management
  • Manage the backlog of those initiatives

 

REQUIREMENTS

 

  • Master’s degree Engineering or equivalent
  • Feel at ease with driving projects and cultural changes in a matrix organization
  • Minimum 5/10 years’ experience in major strategic projects in manufacturing organizations
  • Fluency in spoken and written in French and English, another language is a plus
  • Articulated and effective communicator with good presentation and analytical skills
  • Energetic and passionate individual with growth mindset
  • Strong system and analytical skills – knowledge of SAP ECC, SAP eWM and Windchill a great plus
  • Demonstrable commitment to continuous improvement with a high degree of initiative
  • Resilient and comfortable taking ownership
