JOB TITLE: Client Manager, India (Based in Dubai)                                    

REPORTING TO: Head of Sales, MEIAT with dotted line reporting to the Int’l Clients & Hospitality Manager

LOCATION: Dubai, UAE                    


 

MAIN PURPOSE

 

A strategic role in the MEIAT Region, in continuous interaction with key stakeholders incl. Retail Excellence Manager, CRM & The Suite 1755 Management, the Client Manager, India is responsible for developing and growing clients from India and treating them in the UAE.

You are a key player in contributing to the growth and success in the high-end and Les Cabinotiers segments. You have a keen understanding of the Luxury market dynamic, ideally in (but not exclusive to) watchmaking and high jewellery.

 

Key responsibilities include networking, establish a strong CRM database, develop sales through new CRM, recommend applicable and actionable short/medium term action plans to drive and grow business and client satisfaction sustainably in India.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

VIC BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

  • Build a network, connect and recruit VIC from India.
  • Identify pools of (U)HNWI communities and connect with these circles.
  • Participate in networking activities inside/outside of the Boutique including client events in the UAE and India.
  • Leverage all Brand platform and tools in Dubai to encourage them desire the products and the brand in the long-term.
  • Among the targeted clientele, develop High Value (>100 KEUR) and Les Cabinotiers unique pieces segments.
  • Consistently provide the highest level of service to the targeted VIC audience.
  • Conduct market research in designated regions (UAE, India) to identify potential new clients, market trends and explore business opportunities.
  • Provide high quality relevant feedback, strategic insights and requested reports about India to the Management.

 

CLIENT ENGAGEMENT & CRM

  • Engage with clients from India in the UAE or in India and their home country through personalized interactions and hosting opportunities.
  • With the support of the Suite 1755 & office teams, lead relevant events organization for the VICs.
  • Leverage CRM database and assets to grow client portfolio, incorporate CRM tracking and follow up in line with CRM guidelines
  • Collaborate with the CRM, training, retail excellence department to promote the brand and product segments.

 

PROFILE

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in the luxury industry within a sales/ client relationship field
  • Expertise on HNWI recruitment, business development and treatment
  • Familiarity with CRM approach for HNWI and the ability to nurture long-term relationships
  • Ability to work in a team environment, with a proactive collaborative approach to deliver results, and a "can do" attitude in a non-hierarchical structure  
  • In-depth knowledge of GCC, India luxury market
  • A team player with excellent inter-personal skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power point
  • Ability to travel 50% to 70% of the time when required
