About the role:

 

You will join the Information System team in managing new software implementations (SAP, PLM, Ariba) within the Richemont Group's industrial reality that deals with the development and production of Leather goods in Scandicci (FI).

Following the product life cycle, you will be responsible for the performance analysis of the data in the system in order to ensure their completeness, reliability and quality in all company databases and tools, in accordance with the quality data guidelines defined by Richemont. You will act as the contact figure between key users and the technical team of the Geneva HQ for the resolution of problems and the implementation of new elements on the systems.

 

MAIN DUTIES

 

  • Perform analysis and daily checks of Article master data definition, registration and integrity in the systems within the assigned area of responsibility, respecting Corporate Data Quality Guidelines
  • Works with the relevant database (PLM/SAP) monitoring all technical domains to be used along the product development, supply chain operations, finance and digital processes.
  • Monitor data throughout its workflow journey and identify areas of improvement to address quality issue by adopting appropriate action plan;
  • Support the data owners in collecting and structuring technical master data respecting data classifications and codification rules, according to Data Quality guidelines;
  • To be the point of contact between key users and the technical team to identify gaps and facilitate resolutions and improvements 

 

PROFILE

 

  • 3+ Years of experience in SAP Retail/Article Master Data
  • Previous/Current experience as  Production/Material Planner or Purchasing Specialist or as consultant in manufacturing /logistics/retail contexts 
  • Experienced in SAP MM (knowledge of PLM is a plus)
  • Degree in Management Engineering/ Economics/ Statistics
  • Understanding of Product Lifecycle and article interfaces in complex landscape
  • Fluent English
  • Mastery of Excel for managing analyses and reports
