How will you make an impact?

As a true ambassador of Cartier, you will develop and lead both employee and organizational excellence for Cartier KSA by managing day to day HR Operations, driving and embedding people strategy and providing HR guidance and support to achieve business objectives whilst being a people partner to all employees and stakholders. You will be responsible for developing and implementing HR initatives that are aligned with organizational goals, you will provide coaching and counsel and strategic HR guideance on key topics such as talent management, employee relations, performance management, compensation & benefits and compliance with all labour laws of Saudi Arabia. 

 

How will you experience success with us?

Seeing this opportunity as a long term career with us, you will be fluent in English and Arabic with excellent communication skills to collaborate with both colleagues and clients. Due to Nationalization, this role is for Saudi nationals only. You will bring to this role your expertise on the KSA market, with strong previous experience on end to end HR and understand the impact of HR on the business. You are a team player, and have previous work experience in an international organization and can work well collaborating with different markets and regions. You are highly competent in Excel, and comfortable with budgets & ownership of work force planning. You have a high level of strategic and critical thinking ability and you are able to build rapport and relationships at ease. You are willing to travel to other cities in Saudi Arabia & the UAE as and when required by business needs. Previous experience in retail, luxury or beauty industry would be a plus but is not essential; you are an enthusiast about the world of luxury and curious to add HR value in this sector.
