Role Overview

The Director of Workplace Services leads all planning and management activities related to the company's physical assets and infrastructure in Richemont Americas’ U.S. corporate office locations in New York City; Shelton, CT; Dallas, TX; and Miami, FL. The role is responsible for continually elevating the luxury workplace experience by establishing and evolving standards, processes, and services that drive the employee experience, in alignment with Group and Region BOS objectives. This role works in partnership with the Director of Corporate Facilities to strategize, implement, and oversee operational initiatives and objectives. The role may partner, on a limited basis, with colleagues in Canada, Mexico, and Brazil to support project management and the efficient allocation of resources.

 

 

Strategy and Planning Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify, plan, and prioritize short-term and long-term workplace services and solutions across all assigned locations, creating and managing an achievable roadmap based on headcount growth and business needs.
  • Partner with Finance to establish and oversee adherence to budgets related to all office services projects and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Corporate Facilities to coordinate the management of large-scale workplace projects.
  • Oversee change management processes to ensure the seamless integration of new or evolved workplace services and solutions and define KPIs to drive efficiency and performance.
  • Manage and select digital tools to facilitate workplace services and space planning analytics.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee the management of all workplace services including reception, mailroom, and pantry services across assigned locations, driving efficiency and cost control.
  • Partner with key stakeholders to ensure the company provides a safe, clean, pleasant, well organized workplace environment for all employees.
  • Continually evaluate workplace services and programs and evolve, as necessary, in alignment with Richemont objectives, expectations, and budgets.
  • Maintain open/ongoing communication with Function and Maison leaders and senior leadership to ensure workplace needs are effectively prioritized and addressed.
  • Lead the selection and management of vendors and service providers; negotiate contracts, review performance, and manage relationships to ensure needs are met
  • Oversee activities related to shipping and receiving, postal and courier services, and record archives.
  • Implement and oversee the management of a digitized employee service request system, ensuring rapid and reliable response to all employee requests.
  • Oversee the effective planning, procurement, management, and distribution of all office and pantry supplies, in alignment with business and employee needs and within budget.
  • Plan and manage workplace hospitality needs to support positive, luxury visitor and employee experiences, including Reception services, conference room environments and amenities, catering, common areas, and accessibility/accommodations as needed.
  • Partner with the Region’s CSR leader to support and promote sustainable workplace practices and drive the adoption of sustainable office materials and resources, in alignment with the company’s sustainability objectives.
  • In partnership with the Director of Corporate Facilities, maintain awareness of and compliance with all relevant local, state, and federal regulations and requirements.
  • Collaborate with Internal Communications to develop and execute a workplace communications plan that drives awareness and compliance with office services initiatives, policies, and practices.
  • Partner with Finance and key stakeholders to prepare and manage office services and project-related budgets.
  • Ensure proper management of the invoicing and PO process for all office services vendors and service providers.
  • Partner with key stakeholders to lead and oversee the planning and execution of large and small-scale corporate/employee events, including townhall meetings, wellness events, annual celebrations, etc.
  • Provide motivating and inspiring leadership to direct reports and their teams, driving the delivery of high-quality service and performance, and supporting employee growth and professional development.

 

 

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • AED/First Aid certification preferred

 

Professional Experience

  • 7+ years of corporate office management, including 5+ years of large/multi campus experience, preferably in a luxury environment

Travel

This role is based in New York City and may travel, up to 25%, to the company’s offices in Shelton, CT; Dallas, TX; and Miami, FL.

 

Expected Salary Range: $143,800- $179,800/yr

Salary will be negotiated based on skills and experience.

This role is annual bonus eligible
