Team Lead - Omnichannel Content Platform
MAIN PURPOSE
Richemont is looking for a talented and highly motivated Technology Team Lead (TTL) to join our enthusiastic and dynamic team within the Omnichannel Content Platform (OCP) Product Area.
You will work in a global environment with highly distributed teams in different countries and time zones and at different management levels.
The mission is part of Richemont Group Technology, which is a product-oriented organization. As such, the Technology Team Lead is responsible of:
- Managing a Product Team according to the Group Technology Agile Centre of Excellence guidelines
- Managing team members effectiveness to match the Product development and support needs
- As a team member, responsible for the development and implementation of features enabling business value, based on the priorities set by the Product Owner.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
People
- Establish your leadership as a team lead. Lead by example, applying the agile values and mindset
- Set internal tech team member objectives and carry out annual reviews (Performance and Development objectives) and provide feedback for external tech team members
- Make sure that each tech team member (internal and external) has clear roles and responsibilities
- Keep and enhance motivation
- Continuously develop technical and soft skills of your technology team members, in line with personal and product team / area needs
- Develop a customer-oriented mindset and a culture of trust and transparency
- Ensure tech team member’s participation to Community of Practices
- Stimulate the tech team members to work according to agile values and practices
- Stimulate collaboration and communication between tech team members across the Product Area
Managing
- Master all the product aspects and features, constantly liaise with Product Owner and stakeholders in order to make sure all matters are clear and properly managed
- Manage and forecast team capacity for upcoming sprints
- Be the point of contact/provide support for your product in case of escalation/critical incidents
- Together with the PAM, manage the relationship with partners and 3rd party
Budget
- Work with the PAM in establishing contracts during the fiscal year with external suppliers within the budget
- Drive and control contractors with PAM together
- Validate timesheets and check supplier billing and invoices for correctness
Processes
- Embrace a continuous learning approach
- Proactively identify and resolve team member related risks/impediments. Escalate when needed
- Ensure that all features are developed according to the defined rules and metrics (definition of Done for ex.)
- Propose process improvements whenever it is required
DIMENSION
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology or Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in the Technology field, with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in agile product management
- Industry-recognized Agile certification, including but not limited to: SAFe, LESS or equivalent Certifications
- Excellent proficiency in French/English. Fluency in additional languages is a strong asset
- Proven experience in PIM/DAM area is a strong plus
- Must have demonstrated success in leading and developing Global distributed Teams on a multinational global environment
- Demonstrated experience in leadership, team mentoring. Ability to present ideas in context, which can be understood by technology, business and non-IT personnel
- Exceptional analytical mindset, keen attention to detail, and an advocate of agile product management
- Proven ability to identify and act upon opportunities for continuous improvement Provide expert advice to Maison’s and functions
