CONTEXT

We are seeking a motivated and passionate intern to join our team within Group Technology for a 6-month internship.  As an Agile Intern, you will have the opportunity to work with our established team of agile coaches and gain hands-on experience in implementing agile methodologies within a fast-paced technology environment. Your people skills are your strength!

 

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

  • Collaborate with the agile coaches to support and facilitate the adoption of agile practices throughout the organization
  • Assist in organizing and facilitating agile ceremonies, such as daily stand-up, sprint planning, and retrospectives
  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by identifying and suggesting process enhancements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to foster collaboration and ensure effective communication
  • Help organize and coordinate agile workshops and training sessions
  • Assist in maintaining and updating project documents and metrics
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools and best practices in agile ways of working

 

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE?

  • Currently pursuing a degree in a relevant field (e.g. computer science, Information Technology, Business)
  • Strong interest in agile methodologies and willingness to learn and apply them 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in both English and French, both written and spoken
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-orientated environment
  • Detail-orientated, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple tasks
  • Internship agreement with your school/university mandatory
  • Available for a 6-month internship with starting date 01.03.2024
