Administration Officer (1-year contract)

Responsibilities:
- Solid experience in office supplies purchasing; pantry groceries; office equipment; electrical appliances; managing mailing orders; courier services; document storage, and maintain good records of office assets
- Support boutique fire services ordering / installation / annual inspection
- In charge of musical license application / renew
- Responsible for telephone / data line / broadband line application and installation in boutique
- Manage printing of company letterheads, name cards, and invoices from layout to finished products for office and boutique
- Daily relieving receptionist duty during lunchtime
- Supervise regular office cleaning, aircon / carpet / sump pump / water dispenser cleaning and pest control
- Experience in office facilities maintenance and minor office renovation task
- Liaison with the Building Management Office on daily cleaning schedules and requests
- Perform any ad hoc duties as assigned by the manager, e.g. support corporate Christmas party, annual dinner, etc
Requirements:
- Degree holder preferable
- Minimum 6-8 years of relevant working experience in sizeable or multinational companies
- A good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to details, energetic, positive attitude and learning mindset
- Strong sense of responsibility, trustworthy, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
- Able to manage service providers, suppliers, designers, contractors, nominated services contractor, building management office, etc
- Willingness to work out of hours/weekends when required
- Good command of both written and spoken English
- Immediate available would be an advantage
