HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

As a flagship supervisor for Montblanc, you are responsible for delivering and maximising the performance of the boutique, through achievement of sales, profitability, and client satisfaction.

 

Key responsibilities:

Boutique Performance

  • Achievement of sales, profit and strategic objectives.
  • KPI development, tracking and follow-up.
  • Development of sales and profit initiatives to develop the business, with focus on the high end part.
  • Regular sales and other KPI reporting.
  • Implementation of brand guidelines (visual merchandising, brand image, customer service standards, product launch guidelines).

 

Team leadership

  • Assist the Boutique Manager & Assistant Manager to lead the Flagship team to be a high-performance team, deliver results, ensure excellent customer experience and recruit new clients.
  • Team motivation, in association with Boutique Manager & Senior L&D Manager.
  • Assist the Boutique Manager to manage team presence to ensure 100% cover of all opening hours as needed by the business.

 

Retail Operations

  • Optimise stock and merchandising and propose the appropriate category mix to maximise sell-through.
  • Work with Boutique Manager, Assistant Boutique Manager, Retail Operations Manager and Logistics Executive to always have the right stock and tools available.
  • Inventory management and regular level control.
  • Accurate management of all till operations.
  • IT system maintenance and reporting.
  • Security management.
  • Repairs and maintenance follow-up for the Boutique.

 

Client experience and development

  • Always ensure impeccable customer service, appropriate to the country’s flagship.
  • Execution of all planned activities in the Boutique.
  • Personal relationship management of all VIP customers.
  • Responsible for all Customer Service and Client topics in conjunction with Boutique Management team.
  • Promotion of corporate business gift opportunities.

 

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

  • Over 5 years’ experience in Retail management
  • Leadership skills, able to support and develop big teams
  • Excellent client relationships and experience in developing teams to be client-centric and omnichannel minded
