Retail Coordinator Intern

(12 months FTC, Full-Time)

 

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

To support all channels with business reporting and the Retail Department to achieve sales, profit, strategic objectives and operational excellence. The position is an integral part of the Montblanc UK team.

 

Key responsibilities:

Business Analysis:
-    Executing, reporting and analysis of Sales and KPI Performance for UK All Channels
-    Product performance reporting and analysis
-    Executing, tracking and analysing Retail Incentives
-    Developing new reporting on Ad-hoc basic based on business needs

 

Retail Operations:
-    Support Retail Operations Manager amongst Retail network projects 
-    Coordinate Retail projects to streamline the process, inform all key stakeholder status and further follow-up actions.
-    Supporting, attending, and minuting all Retail meetings.
-    Preparing internal and external presentations and ensure figure accuracy.
-    Boutique facilities management and Vendor management
-    Retro planning and execution in all BTQ openings and closures.  
-    Support all retail activations, in store and external: event, pop-up, private sales.

 

Administration/Other:
-    Day to day admin to support Retail Department
-    Maintain all folders and files up to date
-    Travel and venue booking
-    Ad hoc support to Retail Office function: training and logistic.
-    Cover for Boutique staff in emergencies.

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

  • Working knowledge of financial reporting principles
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Organisational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent Attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Studying for bachelor’s degree in Finance/Business/Economics.
