HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

The Deputy Boutique Manager will be responsible and accountable for the successful development of all boutique related activities with the focus on the Boutique Operations.

Key responsibilities:

  • Development of sales initiatives
  • Cash till maintenance and fault reporting
  • Proper handling of all customer claims
  • Organising induction for the new starters
  • Staff organisation, daily motivation of the team
  • Active participation in the daily sales process
  • Further development of customer database
  • Stock management (stock takes, orders, replenishment, faulty goods – overseeing the stock room team)
  • Health & Safety compliance
  • Security rules and procedures compliance, loss prevention
  • Execution of incentive plans
  • Boutique maintenance and security
  • Customer service execution (ASS)
  • Organization of private sale activity and service week.
  • Implementation of decoration guidelines
  • All organizational aspects of shop floor
  • Sales, profit and strategic objective achievement
  • Handling top/VIP customers
  • Initiation of corporate gift activities with existing boutique customers
  • Execute marketing activities “inside” the boutique
  • Analysis of customer traffic
  • Provide team with knowledge of marketing and sales monitor
  • High price item sales activities
  • Ordering of POS material
