IWC TRAINING ASSISTANT MANAGER

 

 

Mission:

 

Reporting to the IWC Retail Manager, the IWC Training Assitant Manager is responsible for the organization and implementation of trainings to boutique teams, offering training and coaching services to boutiques and managing related projects.

She/he will cover all of IWC’s Korea market including internal and external boutique.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Delivers coaching sessions in boutiques of her/his network and animates training sessions to develop sales skills and to increase client experience and boutique sales
  • Offers 360° analysis of respective boutiques and their teams based on individual KPIs and creates Individual Development Plans
  • Defines training and coaching calendar for entire region
  • Conduct regularly training of products, selling ceremony and related contents to ensure staffs’ expertise as brand ambassadors
  • Creates and conducts thorough onboarding program for new-joiners
  • Manages all local mystery shopping activities as well as contact to respective partner
  • Manages and executes all local mobile learning initiatives
  • Ensures and nurtures client-centric mindset among boutique teams and helps Client Advisors develop long-lasting relationship with clients
  • Ensures implementation of HQ-led initiatives in boutiques
  • Actively proposes new training methods and ensures constant learning engagement
  • Creates new and further develops existing training content

 

Profile:

 

At least 7 years of experience in retail or hospitality environment, preferably in luxury

  • Open, communicative personality
  • Holistic business mindset
  • Great presentation and public speaking as well as interpersonal skills
  • Great selling skills and experience
  • Open for travelling or working on the filed 60% of their time
  • Good project management skills
  • Very good English language skills
