To promote and improve our Customer Service (CS) activities bringing innovation, performance and control throughout our workshops, boutiques and other distribution channels we are looking for a

 

 CS ACCESSORY & PROJECT MANAGER (100%)

YOUR MISSION AT IWC.

 

Project Management:

  • Support the definition and execution of CS efficiency projects and be an active contributor to industrialise our workshops.
  • Ensuring interdepartmental support of CS initiatives & projects.
  • Support user acceptance testing for CS related projects.
  • Create and follow-up on the Enhancement Request for SAP, CS tools & other platforms with internal stakeholders and the Richemont group.
  • Be a strong contributor to new ideas and innovations that help to strengthen our brands and partners operational effectiveness.

 

Accessory Ownership & Management:

  • Take the lead for the upcoming accessory project.
  • Maintain and improve existing tools like the global online accessory catalogue & order tool.
  • Support the operational leads in coordinating and monitoring operational performances, identify operational inefficiencies and contribute to fixing them.
  • Manage and oversee the accessory master data for completeness & correctness.
  • Coordination & alignment responsibility of all relevant processes within the accessory downstream flows, the harmonization of the information flow with all relevant stakeholders, monitor task management & KPIs (stock management, lead time overview & transparency about delivery dates and upcoming delays).
  • Ensure the harmonization and proper communication of information to all relevant stakeholders within our service network.

HOW YOU BECOME PART OF THE JOURNEY.

 

  • Keen interest in watchmaking with technical background, like engineering, process management, industrialization or supply chain
  • First successful experience in project management or in an industrial area/field is a plus
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office Products (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
  • SAP-, Product Life Cycle Management Systems (Windchill)-knowledge is a plus
  • Proactive and analytical working style, coupled with the ability to set priorities
  • Service-orientation, networked thinking and good communication skills
  • Fluency In English & German, French Is advantageous
