An exciting opportunity has become available to join the IWC team for the opening of their Chadstone Boutique

 

 

How will you make an impact? 

You will be responsible for achieving strong sales targets, assisting with product, merchandise and inventory management, developing your clientele and establishing a seamless authentic, and superior client experience, all whilst delivering high operational and service standards, while adhering to the procedures and policies of the maison.

 

You will act as an ambassador of the maison in the boutique and during off-site events.

 

How will you experience success with us?

  • You will have previous experience in the luxury retail industry, in a sales function, or in a service oriented environment
  • You will have a strong sense of luxury service and aesthetics
  • You will ideally have a passion for luxury timepieces
  • You will have strong selling skills, and you will be result and action oriented
  • You will be a great team player with good interpersonal competences and empathy
  • You will be curious and self-motivated, with excellent customer service mind-set
  • You will have a strong attention to detail with ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • You will be an excellent communicator, able to develop a network
