Main Purpose:

Chloé is entering a new creative chapter with the recent arrival of Chemena Kamali, the house’s new creative director.

This new chapter has created a new vision and visual strategy. This role will invite you to take part of new exciting projects for the upcoming launches of the first collections in stores.

Within your region you will install the new creative identity of the house while elevating the client experience and share the new vision of Chloé.

 

Role:

The Regional Visual Merchandiser’s role is to ensure that the house’s image will be respected within your region. The person has to optimize and execute the Global VM strategy to provide an excellent in-store experience in Chloé stores (i.e. Retail, Wholesale & Travel Retail stores covering Hong Kong, Macau , South East Asia and China Duty Free).

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure good implementation of the basic and seasonal visual guidelines shared by Global VM Team
  • Share and upload photos on internal photo platform after each VM rotation
  • Organize window installations aligned with Global VM directions
  • Ensure a good collaboration with local merchandising team/ retail teams to find the best solutions to the commercial needs respecting the visual identity.
  • Support new openings and pop up’s
  • Participating in identifying and training VM ambassadors to ensure that the image will be respected within the different points of sale
  • Travel to other countries for store visit and provide training to VM ambassadors and Retail teams
  • Support special events and marketing initiative.
  • Monthly communication with wholesale partners on VM store presentation
  • Seasonal ad campaign launch planning and execution with partners
  • Manage display tool orders, implementation and inventory
  • VM budget management
  • Reporting on above execution

 

Knowledge & Skills:

  • 3-5 years of VM experience, in Luxury Fashion & Accessories
  • Strong product sensibility and attention to details
  • Very good knowledge of the luxury industry with a strong creative mind
  • High problem solving skills and cooperative mindset
  • Good English / Chinese communication skills required
  • Literate in PowerPoint presentation
