Sales Supervisor (m/w/d)

 

In this role, you are aiming at ensuring consistent management presence on the floor, resulting in better client experience and better team support. As a result of your specialization as Sales Supervisor you will have the following core responsibilities:

 

Floor orchestration & Traffic Management:

  • Ensure business opportunities and client experience are maximized through efficient floor management – including but not limited to:
  • Be a visible presence on the floor
  • Oversee and direct clients and staff flows to minimize waiting time
  • Oversee and optimize the welcoming process from greeting to managing waiting time and offering a broad variety of personalized services
  • Act as first point of contact for any client escalation matters
  • Assist Sales Associates by acting as first line for trouble shootings (ex. provide assistance to the team on policies & procedures as needed)
  • Ensure execution of Maison’s guidelines (ex: VM guidelines)
  • Daily shopfloor cover planning
     

Client Development & Client Experience:

  • Strongly support the operational roll-out of all clienteling activities for the team
  • Assist boutique leadership in the monitoring of the ROI for client relationship programs and actions
  • Translate learnings from our client engagement barometer and bring them into action
     

Leadership:

  • Support & develop sales team to elevate team experience:
  • Provide feedback and coaching on the spot
  • Actively participate to the performance management process
  • Identify learning opportunities
  • Engage in learning by doing for the team by involving them in co-development exercises to solve boutique challenges 
     

Operations & Business Models:

  • Uphold boutique operations & promote new services & tools:
  • Guarantee proper execution of all procedures / compliance related activities (ex. Sales / Finance procedure & cash management, Security & Safety procedures)
  • Promote knowledge & adoption of tools in an effective way, i.e new mobile POS, sales force
  • Promote knowledge & adoption of new services in an effective way
