High End Client Experience Assistant Manager, SGMY & ASEAN

Are you an experienced senior business professional with a passion for clienteling, and have a proactive and positive attitude? Do you enjoy curating unique relationship journeys and taking the luxury experience to new heights? If so, we would like to present you the opportunity to join Cartier in Singapore to act as a partner to the SEAO CEO by supporting the development of local High-End business through targeted client strategy and treatment plans, monitoring client treatment budget, planning High Jewellery events and developing local High-End initiatives.
In this role, you will report to the High End Manager, SGMY & ASEAN, starting on April 2024.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop Local Client Strategy
- Establish strategies and action plans to develop High End clients and provide regular updates and adjustments throughout the year
- Work closely with HQ and Regional teams to identify gaps in existing client base
- Collaborate with local Commercial and Client teams to identify opportunities to recruit, upgrade and re-activate High End clients through regular client studies and CRM database analysis
- Provide regular reports to ensure client KPIs set are relevant
- Manage and analyse High end clients CRM database
Support High Jewellery Events and local activations
- Collaborate with Commercial and Communication teams to propose relevant event calendar and KPIs
- High Jewellery Events
- Evaluate and validate potential clients for High Jewellery Events with commercial teams
- Support commercial teams with the booking and management of full hospitality arrangement for High Jewellery events to ensure seamless client experience
- On-site support during High Jewellery events to anticipate any last minute request
- Work closely with Regional and HQ teams to ensure client validations are in order
- Post event reporting and analysis
- Local Activations
- Propose relevant event format and themes based on objective and understanding of targeted client in collaboration with Communications and Commercial teams
- Curate HE client experiences to elevate client journey and boost client loyalty
- Pre-event and on-site client management
- Forecast and HE monitor client treatment budget with regular reporting
- Manage vendors and payments processing
Elevate Local Client Experience
- Work closely with local Client team for High End clients gifting strategy
- Support Retail teams with their High End client development process, e.g. to propose relevant client treatment ideas based on client profile
- Recommend and tailor unique experiences through close collaboration with local agencies or external parties
- Support client travel and lifestyle requests such as, but not limited to, flights, hotels and restaurant bookings within our markets or abroad
YOUR PROFILE
- You have at least 5 years of work experience, preferably in Luxury Retail or Hospitality industry and
- Have related experience in events and customer management
- Fluent in English & Mandarin
- Demonstrate high attention to details and a deep understanding of luxury standards
- Strong project and communication skills
- Strong problem solving skills, adapt quickly and work well under pressure
- Customer-oriented beheaviour with high sensitivity of clients’needs and aspirations
