HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

 

Are you a proactive learner, a creative and have an aptitude for event operations? If so, we would like to present you with the opportunity to join our Cartier Singapore-based team as an Events Intern, starting on 2 September 2024.

 

In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain exposure to diverse, high-profile events in one of the leading Maisons in the luxury industry. Reporting to the Events Project Manager, you will work closely with the Events team to support all events taking place in Singapore, Malaysia, and ASEAN from conception to execution.

 

Your key responsibilities will be:

 

  • Support with planning and executing product-related events including ‘Pop Ups’ / Exhibitions, and ad hoc press events.
  • Prepare events proposal decks, and source and liase with vendors.
  • Participate in Retail Partners and Boutique Animation programming.
  • Handle SAP Management for PO creation / vendor creation / invoice processing etc.
  • Manage Storeroom and Warehouse inventory management.
