JOB TITLE                                               HJ Client Assistant Manager

 

REPORTING TO                                     HJ Client & Talent Development Manager

MAIN PURPOSE

Responsible for planning and implementing Maison Client Programs, executing local and international events, managing HE client data, and assisting HJ Client & Talent manager. The objective of this role is to develop exclusive High-End client experiences aligned with Maison’s strategies and to enhance client engagement and loyalty through High-End client activities.

 

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

 

1. High-End Client Experience Development

  • Plan and implement Maison Client Program (MCP) annually and update activity result and feedback
  • Prepare MCP calendar co-working with Maison Client Manager and Event Team
  • Investigate and research for development of Art of Cartier classes and contents
  • Responsible for MCP (Art of Cartier) onsite operation management and client treatment
  • Provide recap after each MCP
  • Operate one-to-one client treatment upon request
  • Work closely with relevant teams to identify HE clients’ needs and proactively respond to elevate the client experiences
  • Control and implement HE annual recurring gift program and occasional client treatment gift
  • Plan and control HB Annual support for HB community members to boost up HE sales

 

2. High-End Event Support and Execution (Local and International)

  • Assist HJ Client & Talent Development Manager in event planning and operation
  • Support HJ events in terms of client recruitment and event preparation, and monitor staff & client feedback while co-working with boutique and relevant teams
  • Manage and coordinate on-site collaboration with relevant team
  • Arrange VIP itinerary and treatments in coordination with external agencies
  • Develop the HE client program with relevant teams for local event
  • Update event performance and HE client activity to prepare internal and regional report/meeting
  • Support qualitative and quantitative post event report to region and HQ

 

3. High-End Client Data Management

  • Regularly analyse and update quality of HE client data, and share relevant HE client reports with HJ Client & Talent Development Manager & HJ director
  • Actively utilize client data tools including Sales Forces, Looker, CVIP and other HQ client management tools
  • Provide analysis data and insights with HB members and coaches on regular basis
  • Share with regional HJ team regarding the insights, trends, requests of Korea’s HE clients
  • Support client validation data and H-list management
  • Support and work closely with cross-functional teams (CRM, Event and Retail team) throughout events and client treatments
  • Update HE client activity frequency to CRM team

 

 

4. HB Budget Control

  • Plan and control HB annual support and monitor monthly boutique expense (HB Cash & Strap)
  • Update monthly expense from boutique and HB team in budget summary file
  • Support financial management; creation of vendors, creation of SAP PO, submission of invoices, and A&P budget/Expense update
  • S&D budget follow-up and execution (HB Gift & Cash)

 

5. HB Talent Management Support

  • Prepare HB Seminar and support relevant activity and training
  • Support HB coach meeting and preparation documents (H file etc.) for coaches
  • HB community members coaching and counselling
  • HB community members activity screening

 

 

REQUIRED SKILL:

  • At least +5 year working experience in luxury industry
  • Strong time-management and organizational skills
  • Client & service oriented
  • Ability to manage multiple projects independently
  • Fluent in both Korean & English
  • Positive attitude with good communication skills & logical thinking
  • Team player
  • Expert Microsoft Office Suite skills, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
