JOB TITLE Creative Contents Manager
REPORTING TO Communication Director
WE RECRUIT
Creative Contents Manager for Cartier Korea is responsible for leading local contents development at large. Upon our Maison’s communication strategy, the job-holder enhances efficient reach of brand messages towards audiences, clients and public. The team’s responsibility encompasses everything related to brand contents development except all forms of PR shootings being cohesive with central conception mostly about Cartier products. Consequently Creative Contents Manager is entirely authoritative for planning, producing and distributing local-specific contents.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Plan local brand contents and lead the activations in terms of brand equity and desirability
- Plan overall strategy of local brand contents ensuring the best brand equity as the first-class Maison
- Lead the best quality production of local contents conveying the value of the Maison, firmly based on Maison’s code
- Be sensitive and attentive to develop Maison’s storytelling thru local perspective & relevance towards local audience
- Communicate with all relevant teams in Paris for local plan validation in timely manner upon clear business rationale
Strategize the function of local contents to complete brand desirability
- Equip Maison’s communication message with comprehensive & cohesive feature developed by local specific contents
- Partner with the team of art, culture & corporate initiatives for local specific contents development
- Lead local contents creation especially for local digital platforms owned & earned
- Advocate local marketing, communications & client actions through local specific contents creation & distribution
Build the eco-system of local contents production
- Identify the best business partners qualifying our brand standards
- Tackle new way of contents production upon overall resource optimization & efficiency management
- Expand the pool of creative partners for creating, editing, & publishing
Budget control & Team management
- Maintain accurate spending forecasts and update as needed and be responsible for compliant process of all spending
- Nurture one-team spirit and lead the team by example at all time

REQUIREMENT
- About 10 years of work experience; Proven track record as a PR/Communication expert working in house or in agency
- Good knowledge on hard luxury is a plus
- Fluent in written & spoken English and Korean, French knowledge is a plus
- Excellent leadership with clear communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to demonstrate strong analytical and visualization skills via presentations and reports, clearly communicating large amounts of information precisely and creatively
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and manage a wide variety of projects simultaneously and under tight timeline and pressure
