Cartier are looking for talent Saudi nationals to join our boutiques in Riyadh as Deputy Boutique Manager!

 

How will you make an impact?

As a true ambassador of Cartier, you will act as a close partner to the Boutique Manager and activtely participate in the success of your boutique. Your strong experience allows you to lead the operational aspects of the boutique, enhancing team performance, always leading by example and supporting in the recruitment of the boutique team. You will support in creating the boutique schedule, nurturing talent & maintaining a positive and pro-active team to drive sales capacity. Your strong knowledge of the luxury environment supports the smooth running of the boutiques daily operations & you will easily ensure the boutique KPI's are met.

 

 

How will you experience success with us?

Seeing this opportunity as a long term career with us, you will be fluent in English and Arabic with excellent communication skills to collaborate with both colleagues and clients. Due to nationalization, this job is only open to Saudi Arabian nationals. You have a minimum of 5 years managerial experience in a retail environment with a true passion for luxury with a high level of attention to detail. Your previous knowledge of retail will contribute to a client-centric boutique mind-set and you take pride in training your team to the highest level whilst providing outstanding client treatement.
