India Affairs Strategic Project Manager - H/F

MAIN PURPOSE

 

Created within the International Commercial Department, the India Affairs & Strategy Department, is responsible for defining and implementing the strategy and business development plans in India and the Indian Diaspora countries at Cartier. The department will be responsible for creating an ecosystem of influential network of external stake holders to foster the influence of Cartier in India and the key diaspora countries.

 

As part of the India Affairs department at the International level, reporting to the India Affairs & Strategy Director, the role of the India Affairs Strategic project Manager is responsible to build and drive the international strategy and business development in India & the diaspora countries, working in a rich transversal environment with international, regional and markets/local teams.

 

The role will be responsible to build the strategy and analyze the business and opportunity to support the growth of the India market and develop Indians worldwide in Indian diaspora markets like US, UK, UAE, Singapore etc. and implement strategic initiatives in strong collaboration with markets and regions. This role will lead initiatives to transmit & diffuse strategic business insights of India internally at Cartier to all key stakeholders of the Maison.

 

The role will require strong knowledge and experience on building strategies and analysis to precisely build business development action plans.  

 

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Develop in-depth business intelligence on Indian diaspora and India opportunity, build quantitative and qualitative insights. Create an intelligence & reports ecosystem on India & Indians WW inside Cartier.
  • Build sales and client data base, analysis & dashboards
  • Client database building & management of UHNWI, HNW Indians per market of Indians WW
  • Build client and business development action plans
  • Lead analytical projects & build strategic take aways
  • Build strategic presentations on Opportunity & strategy for India affairs
  • Build presentations for strategic Seminars & conferences
  • Work in collaboration with international, regional and market teams
  • Work in strong collaboration with India affairs managers
  • Plan and deploy internal communication action plans to foster knowledge on India and Indian diaspora internally at Cartier at the international, regional and market levels
  • Build action plans working with the regions & market teams for retail network, communication & branding, events, products, client development, budget, retail initiatives etc.
  • Work on transversal action plans with internal teams: commercial, marketing & communication, merchandising, retail, VIP experience, events, patrimony etc.

 

 

JOB PROFILE 

 

  • 5-8 years of experience
  • Strategic mindset with Excellent analytical skills
  • Successful track record of building strategic presentations.
  • Experience & knowledge of the Luxury industry
  • Strategic and business-oriented mindset
  • Knowledge on India is an asset. 
  • Good understanding of luxury clients and luxury business
  • University postgraduate/ Business School
  • International profile with an Indian cultural background is an asset
  • Knowledge of retail is an asset
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Strong team spirit
  • Agility to adapt to various environments
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • IT skills: Microsoft Office
  • Language: English fluent and written, French spoken will be an added value
