V.I.E - Regional Data Analyst - Miami

MAIN PURPOSE

As part of the our Regional Strategic Project Team within our South America team in the role of V.I.E - Regional Data Analyst, you will support the team on Business Analysis topics. The length of this V.I.E assignment is 18 months and ideally starts in April-May 2023, the position is based in Miami.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

As a Regional Data Analyst, you will be taking an active part in steering the Retail Business Strategy by supporting the Regional Strategic Projects team in line with Cartier’s key stakeholders expectations. The Main responsibilities will encompass:

• Participate on a state of the nation on business analysis (existing dashboards, reports, etc ) in the region, systems, painpoints and recommendation on a roadmap;
• Brief, design and build an automatized library of dashboards and reports using the group main data visualizer tool Looker, in collaboration with the users in each department and with HQ Business Analysts;
• Run reports for the Region CEO, the Strategic Project Director and Finance Director as well as any ad hoc requests to better analyze the business;
• Train all users (especially on Looker) so they become fully autonomous.

• You are graduated from a Master's Degree in Management, Finance, Engineering or equivalent and have ideally worked or seek interest in the Luxury Industry ideally on Data Visualisation and/or Data Analysis,
• You show strong communication and interpersonal skills, you show a can do attitude and a drive for continuous improvement,
• You are curious, open-minded, efficient and team player.
• Fluency in English with pristine written and oral skills is required, the knowledge of an additional language such as Spanish is a plus.
• You demonstrate ability to work with a team in a fast paced environment with strong adaptability to evolving business needs,
• Knowledge of SAP / BW, Excel (advanced) and BI tools is required,
• You have professionnal experience in building automated reports, excellent analytical and organizational skills.

Firstly, you will be engaging with an online video interview of 15min for us to assess your understanding of the position, and motivations

Subsequently, you will be meeting with International Talent Acquisition team to dive deeper and assess your fit to this role

Finally, you will be able to meet with the local Hiring Team (Local HR and Hiring Manager).
