YOU ARE: 

Passionate and enthusiastic young talent curious to participate in the day-to-day of Regional Marketing projects across all our products categories: Jewellery, Watches, Accessories.

 

YOUR ROLE:

Based in Geneva, you will work for the European region, in close contact with the 7 European markets (France, United Kingdom, Benelux & Nordics, Northern Europe, Switzerland, South-East Europe, Iberia).

Under the supervision of the Regional Product Marketing team, you will be a key support for the development of the Marketing plan of the region.

You will be in charge of coordinating various projects in contact with the local Marketing teams, assessing the business performance, nourishing the product knowledge and monitoring the competition environment.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Performance monitoring for HQ, Regional & Markets’ teams

  • Performance monitoring dashboards (Power BI / Excel / Looker) : optimization of existing tools

  • Monthly / weekly dashboards updates

  • Insights & learnings delivery for official meetings

  • Ad-hoc analysis according to needs or projects (Business Plan, Annual & Semestrial Review, etc.)

 

Product tools orchestration for the Marketing community within the region

  • Product News monthly monitoring

  • Product News videos planning & coordination from agency brief to final diffusion

  • Competition intelligence: sharing of competition news

  • Launch planning updates

  • Launch Newsletters updates for key launches

 

Support in the organization of the community animation & internal communication

  • Product training rendez-vous for Marketing and Learning & Development teams

  • Novelties workshops

  • Watches & Wonders Salon

  • Internal communication platform feed ownership

 

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

  • 1st experience of minimum 6 months in Marketing or Data Analysis

  • Fluent in English & French – both written & spoken

  • Confident in the use of Powerpoint & Excel, Power BI & Analysis are a plus

  • Organizational, time management & analytical skills

  • Curious, proactive and able to work with tight deadlines

  • Previous experience in luxury industry is a plus

  • Accustomed to liasing with people from diverse backgrounds and nationalities

  • Internship agreement is mandatory

  • Starting date : May 24 (6 months)
