We are looking for a full-time Store Design Planning Team Manager (m/f/d) for our Maison Cartier.

 

Your main mission

 

Responsible for the SDP department, you will manage a small team to lead the renovation projects of Cartier Northern Europe market, constantly partnering with local and international stakeholders.

 

How will you make a difference?

 

  • You are co-leading all Retail projects of our network – together with SDP Int. (responsibilities depending on the phase of the project). You and your team are fully collaborating with SDP central department on the execution of Retail project renovations, extensions, relocations, and new openings.
  • You are leading Watches’, Fragrances’, Temporary Boutiques’ and Offices’ projects, for which you and your team are fully responsible of the planning, budget, administration, coordination and internal communication.
  • You assure the communication and coordination within our internal organization locally and you are deeply involved in the international community to coordinate the projects and share your practices. You also assure the coordination with different external partners (maintenance, architect…).
  • You constantly seek for the development of our network, following-up on latest market trends and making analysis of our network to optimize our environment.
  • You are striving for a sustainable approach. Supporting LEED certification, monitoring air quality and energy consumption, local sourcing and transport reduction.
  • You are managing your team. Organizing the workload, leading by example, developing skills and retaining the talents.
  • You are managing your team. You act as an inspiring leader and a role model on a daily basis to create a team spirit, as well as attracting and developing a high performing team through leading, coaching and training

 

 

How will you succeed with us?

 

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual who possesses the following qualifications and characteristics:

  • Bachelor’s degree in economics or business administration/management or comparable experience
  • Proven experience in store design within the luxury industry as well as strong project management skills to lead transversal projects effectively
  • Experience in Team management : motivate and excel in a constructive leadership style and with strong communication skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and proficiency in budget management and reporting
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet tight deadlines
  • Very good proficiency in English and German, French language skills a plus
