Client Relations Center Brand Ambassador

 

How will you make an impact?

As a true ambassador of Cartier, you will showcase your people centricity skills, passion and enthusiasm for the brand, and your goal will be to deliver outstanding client service during every single interaction. Your communication and problem-solving skills will allow you to engage with multiple teams to find great solutions, deliver proactive support and build great relationships with clients. You will be navigating in a dynamic environment with challenges to thrive in. Working in a Client Relations Centre, you will know how to multi-task, work effectively with a team and maintain a positive attitude throughout.  

 

How will you experience success with us?

Seeing this opportunity as a long term career with us, you will be fluent in both Turkish and English with excellent communication skills to collaborate with both colleagues and clients. You are required to have a base of service experience and preferred to have a luxury experience or client relations center experience. As for your technical abilities, is it important to be proficient with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

If you are also able to deal with people from all backgrounds and have the technical agility to manage multiple tools, then this role is for you!
